We’re Leveling Up Your Digital Banking Experience

In VCCU's commitment to you, we're upgrading our digital banking platforms to make it even easier for you to bank from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Our new platform is streamlined to be more personalized and user-friendly, giving you greater control over your finances. In addition to the features you currently use, the new online and mobile banking platforms will offer:

  • Account & balance insights
  • Enhanced Profile & security settings
  • Financial wellness tools
  • Access to your Credit Score
  • Robust alerts & notifications
  • Built-in card management controls
  • English and Spanish availability
  • And much more!

Getting started

Please note: Registration for new users and joint owners will be temporarily unavailable for a few days. We will let you know as soon as New User Registration becomes available.

If you are an existing VCCU Online or Mobile Banking user, please follow these steps to log in to the new system:

  • To access the new login, visit our website and click Login or go to your Apple or Google Play store to ensure you have the latest version of the VCCU app downloaded on your mobile device. 
  • From the Login screen, enter your current online banking username and password and tap Log in. (Note: If you forgot your username or password, you will be able to find your username and reset your password from the login screen.) 
  • Next, you will be prompted to create a new password. 
  • Read the disclosure and check the box next to 'I agree', then select Continue. 
  • Under I want to, select 'Reset my password.’
  • Next, Verify your Identity with the following information:
    • Current Online Banking Username 
    • Full Social Security Number
    • Zip code on file with VCCU, then click Continue 
  • Select the delivery method of your choice to receive a temporary passcode, then select Continue. 
  • Once you have received your one-time passcode, enter it into the field provided, then click Verify. 
  • Next, create a new password ensuring it meets all requirements.
  • Finally, review the Online Banking Terms and Conditions and click 'I agree'. 
From here, the system will complete your login process and take you to your accounts.
