Consumer Loan Deferral
Members may be eligible for loan payment deferrals of 60 days for auto loans and signature loans, and 30 days for credit cards and lines of credit.
Debt Protection
If your hardship is due to unemployment or disability, and your loan includes debt protection insurance, you may be eligible to file a claim. One of our consumer lending representatives can assist you with the process. If you’re unsure whether your loan is protected, our member service representatives are available to review your loan with you.
Skip A Pay
VCCU members can have their Skip A Pay fee waived, if eligible. If you skip a payment, interest will continue to accrue and the total amount you pay over the life of the loan will be slightly higher.
