Ventura County Credit Union's Online and Mobile Banking applications allow you access to your account balances, transfer funds, pay bills, and make deposits on your computer or mobile device. This website utilizes Google Analytics, a service by Google, Inc., which utlizes "cookies" to analyze user activity on the site. Information gathered, including IP addresses, is sent to Google's servers in the United States for evaluation. Google compiles activity reports for website operators and may share data with third parties as required by law or for processing purposes. Your IP address won't be linked with other data held by Google. You can opt out of cookies, though this may limit website functionality. Social Media Sites
Ventura County Credit Union (VCCU) provides experiences on social media platforms such as Meta®, YouTube, Twitter®, LinkedIn®, Yelp®, Google, and others that enable online sharing and collaboration among users who have registered with them. Parents may at any time request to review the child's personal information, ask to have it deleted and refuse to allow any further collection or use of the child's information. Protecting Your Information, Confidentiality, and Security
We protect information we collect about you by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. These safeguards restrict access to your confidential information to only authorized personnel with specific need to access and utilize your information. We train our employees on how to handle your information to maintain confidentiality and privacy. To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer and system safeguards and secured files and buildings.

While we are sorry to see you go, here are three options to close your account(s).*

• Call 805.477.4000 or 800.339.0496 toll-free
• Visit your nearest VCCU branch location
• Visit the message center in Online or Mobile Banking and submit a request to close your account

*Accounts must be current and in good standing. All deposits, outstanding and pending items must be posted. A VCCU Member Service Officer can confirm if your account is eligible for closure.
